📖 Introduction

In Diagnostic Radiology, images of X-Ray and other imaging techniques are used to diagnose the disease or ailment of a patient through procedures such as plain radiographs, ultrasound, and computed tomography (CT), MRI and positron emission tomography coupled with CT or MRI (PET-CT and PET-MRI) etc. Radiology can be broadly categorised into Diagnostic radiology and Interventional radiology.
